Cavallin claims that she was physically assaulted multiple times by Antony between June 2022 and May 2023. On Monday, an interview was published in Brazil with the influencer, in which she openly discusses these allegations. The story also includes screenshots of WhatsApp conversations and photos of an injured Cavallin.

Antony now feels compelled to respond. "Out of respect for my fans, friends, and family, I feel the need to publicly address the false accusations that I am a victim of," writes the former Ajax player.

Further in the statement, he states, "My relationship with Gabriela was tumultuous, with verbal misconduct from both sides, but I have never been guilty of physical aggression. I am fully available to the Brazilian authorities to provide more clarity if needed. I trust that the ongoing police investigation will reveal the truth about my innocence."
